Chief Minister Omar Abdullah conducted an extensive inspection of development projects in Srinagar on Wednesday morning, assessing the progress of crucial civic works aimed at enhancing urban infrastructure. Accompanied by senior officials and advisors, Abdullah toured key sites to evaluate public facilities and their alignment with the city’s ongoing development goals.

During the inspection, he prominently visited the proposed bridge at Barbar Shah, recognized for its potential to alleviate traffic congestion in the densely populated area. According to the CM’s office, once completed, this bridge will enhance commuter experience by ensuring smoother transit routes into Shehar-e-Khaas, remarking on its importance for urban mobility.

In addition to the bridge, Abdullah thoroughly inspected the newly constructed Maharaj Gunj Urban Primary Health Centre.
