Jammu 30-12-2024: Today a meeting chaired by Miss Sakina Masood Itoo the Hon’ble Minister of Education was convened to discuss various issues related to the School Education Department at Civil secretariat Jammu. The meeting was attended by Hon’ble MLAs, Commissioner Education, Director School Education Jammu, and other senior officers.
During the meeting, Hon’ble MLA Inderwal, Shri Payare Lal Sharma, raised several key demands concerning the Inderwal constituency’s education sector. He emphasized the need for infrastructure upgrades and enhanced facilities in schools to ensure quality education for students.
The Hon’ble Minister assured the fulfillment of all demands raised and prioritized the following projects:
1. Upgradation of High Schools at Sigdi and Horna.
2. Const. of an additional block at Higher Secondary School Bunjwah.
3. Development of Higher Secondary Schools Chatroo and Mughalmaidan as Model Higher secondary Schools.
The Hon’ble Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to improving educational infrastructure and addressing the concerns of all stakeholders in the education sector.
