IEC Campaigns Against Drug Abuse Organized Across All 17 Blocks of Doda to Promote a Drug-Free Society

Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh and supervision of District Social Welfare Officer & Nodal Officer IEC Campaign, Tariq Qazi, impactful IEC (Information, Education & Communication) campaigns were conducted  yesterday across all 17 blocks of District Doda including Assar, Bhagwah, Bhalla, Bhaderwah, Bharat, Changa, Chilly Pingal, Dali Udyanpur, Ghat, Gandoh, Gundna, Kahara, Kastigarh, Marmat, Thathri, Phagsoo, and Doda (Ghat).

The campaigns aimed to educate students, youth, and communities about the dangers of drug abuse and promote a healthier, addiction-free lifestyle.

Activities included rallies, street plays, poster-making, slogan-writing competitions, and motivational lectures.
Key highlights:
Govt. HSS Bhalra, Block Bhaderwah: Enthusiastic participation from students and locals.
Panchayat Lower Behota, Marmat: Youth-led anti-drug sessions and awareness drives
Panchayat Chanser, Changa: Skits, slogans, and interactive sessions with PRI members & children
Participants took a pledge to build a drug-free society and promote awareness within their communities.
