Hon’ble MLA Inderwal Chairs Public Darbar at TRC Mughal Maidan, Inaugurates Steel Foot Bridge Sanctioned Under BDC Funds by RDD Department

Mughal Maidan, May 15, 2025:

A Public Darbar programme was held today at TRC Mughal Maidan, witnessing the active participation of officers, officials from various departments, PRI members, and a large gathering of local residents. The event served as a platform for direct public interaction with the administration to ensure faster grievance redressal and transparent governance.

During the programme, people from different villages of the area raised important developmental concerns related to road connectivity, power supply, water availability, health services, and pending welfare schemes. The concerned officers were given on-spot directions to resolve the issues within a stipulated timeframe.

The event was presided over by Hon’ble MLA Inderwal, Sh. Pyare Lal Ji, who addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of people’s participation in shaping local development. He assured the public that their genuine demands will be followed up rigorously and fulfilled in a time-bound manner.

The Hon’ble MLA also highlighted key projects set to be initiated within the next month, including the construction of the Thal to Kwath Road and several other vital infrastructure works aimed at boosting connectivity and socio-economic development in the region.

A major highlight of the day was the inauguration of a Steel Foot Bridge near the Hatchery in Mughal Maidan, which was sanctioned under BDC (Block Development Council) funds. This bridge will significantly ease pedestrian movement for local residents. The inaugural ceremony was attended by SDM Chatroo, BDO Mughal Maidan, and other officials.

The Public Darbar event concluded with a reaffirmed commitment by the administration and the Hon’ble MLA to continue working collectively towards resolving public grievances and ensuring equitable development for all.
