Kishtwar, 18 Dec : MLA Kishtwar Shagun Parihar conducted two day tour of Kontwara area and interacted with large no of people and took stock of various problems being faced by locals.
During her visit to Hilud , Pallan,Chudyana , Bhandera , Lilaran area of Kontwara locals raised various issues including road connectivity, lack of medical facilities, upgradation of schools, electric poles , drinking water crises etc . They alleged that prevoius regimes delibratedly iganored the Kontwara belt and only used them only as vote banks . As a result the area sans most of the basic amenties.
Youth of the area alleged that though Ratle Hydro electric power project is being constructed in their area but the un employed youth of the area is being delibratley ignored by project authorities. They demanded that they may also be provided job in the Ratle hydro electeric project.
MLA Shagun Parihar assured the locals that all their issues will be taken up with concerned on priority basis for early redressal . She said that PM Narendra Modi has started several welfare schemes for each and every citizen of India so that every one gets all the required facilities. The Sab ka Sath Sab ka Vikas and Sab ka Vishwas slogan is being reflected on ground and soon this neglected area of Kishtwar will also witness new era of development and prosperity. Several Sr BJP leaders including DDC Dhrabshala B and other fromer PRI members were also with her during the tour.
