Kishtwar 15 Feb: – The Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Kishtwar Phulail Singh JKAS,on Wednesday held a crucial review meeting with the staff posted in Block Mughal Maidan besides visiting the work sites under different heads.
The meeting was aimed to motivate and inspire officials to work diligently towards achieving the targets of all schemes viz MGNREGA, PMAY-G, CAPEX etc in terms of both financially and physically aspect.
Notably, BDO Mughal Maidan Dheeraj Bahadur JKAS provide first-hand appraisal of the schemes implemented by the Rural Development Department (RDD)
During the site visit, ACD Kishtwar emphasized the importance of efficient utilization of resources to ensure the successful implementation of various schemes. The officials were encouraged to work collaboratively and put in their best efforts to achieve the desired outcomes
ACD Kishtwar directed BDO to submit monthly progress of the MGNREGA supporting staff so that the non-performing officials are weeded out from their services. Futher , instructed to ensure early completion of all houses sanctioned under PMAY-G besides timely geotagging of the PMAY houses corresponding to the level of execution that may lead timely release of due installments.
Furthermore, direction for installation of Citizen Information Boards (CIBs) of all works must ensure before execution of work to uphold the transparency and accountability.
ACD Kishtwar expressed content with the efforts made so far and hails the dedication of the officials in driving the development agenda forward. He assured them of continuous support and guidance from the administration to overcome any obstacles encountered along the way.
The ACD kishtwar also visited the work site which was executed under different heads.
