In a special ceremony held at DPO Kishtwar, SSP Kishtwar, Sh. Khalil Poswal-JKPS, felicitated the exceptional student and author, Mr. Moosa Ikhlaq, son of SPO Ikhlaq Ahmed posted at DPL Kishtwar,*for his significant contribution to literature with the book titled “Success Exposed By Moosa.”
During the ceremony, SSP Kishtwar* expressed appreciation for Moosa Ikhlaq’s commitment to promoting a safer and healthier community. He highlighted the importance of such initiatives in raising awareness and fostering a sense of responsibility among the youth.
