Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, is transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Public Grievances. She shall also hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.
